• System 36/6 is for use with 6–7 mm FD30 fire rated glass, suitable for screens and 44 mm thick doors.
• System 36/7 is for use with 7–8 mm FD30 fire rated glass, suitable for screens and 44 mm thick doors.
• System 36/10 is for use with 9–11 mm FD30 fire rated glass, suitable for screens and 44 mm thick doors.
• System 36/15 is for use with 14–16 mm FD30 and FD60 fire rated glass, suitable for screens and door sizes to 44 mm or 54 mm thick.
• System-36/23 is suitable for screens only. Suitable for use with 23 mm Pyrostop, 23 mm Pyranova and 23 mm Fireswiss foam glass types and does not require a sodium silicate intumescent liner.

A range of flexible U-shaped intumescent gaskets designed for 30 minute fire resistant doors and screens. When using approved glass types it provides 60 minute fire resistance for doors and screens.

Features and benefits:

• The gasket is supplied on a reel so it is easily dispensed and cut to length without wastage. It is flexible enough to be fitted to curved corners and circular vision panels.
• Beads of the correct dimensions and angle must be used.
• Bead available in four timber finishes.
• Sodium silicate intumescent liner only required on substrates of density less than 500 kg/m³.
