WT2 can be used in areas where wind speeds are less than 56 m/s or where calculations prove it suitable. Satisfies most standard masonry to masonry, masonry to steelwork and masonry to concrete applications.

Stainless steel wall ties are designed to replace the ‘double triangle tie’ as a general-purpose tie.
Features and benefits:
- Can be used in conjunction with the Wincro WIC Insulation Retaining Clip.
- Meets the requirements of BS EN 845-1 as a Type 2 tie.
- Has a measured dynamic stiffness of <113MN/m³, meeting the performance requirements of Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document E as a Type B tie.
- Assessed independently by the BRE and has NHBC approval for technical requirements.
- CE marked to BS EN 845-1.
