Description

The Comar 5Pi. Therm-L+ window system has been designed to provide a high thermal performance solution for residential and commercial buildings and continues to demonstrate Comar's innovative approach to the design of aluminium products.


Features and benefits:

  • The combination of bespoke polyamides and a highly thermal efficient injected foam core result in superior aesthetics and outstanding thermal performance, without any need for compromise.
  • Easily complies with the expected changes to the Future Homes and Future Buildings standards.
  • Tested to PAS 24: 2022, with tried and tested locking hardware, ensures the highest level of reassurance to the homeowner or building owner.
  • Integrates seamlessly with Comar 7P.i and 9P.i systems, providing a multitude of design options.
  • Made from 70% recycled aluminium and 100% recyclable at end of life.
  • Profiles are thermally broken with ‘rolled in’ low lambda polyamide profiles with the addition of a high thermally efficient injected foam.
  • Available as top and side hung open out casements, tilt turn and multi-lights incorporating fixed lights.
  • Designed to meet the demands for windows with very low U-values, with U-values as low as 1.0 W/m²K with double glazing and 0.67 W/m²K with triple glazing.
  • Embodied carbon as low as 2.0 kg CO₂ eq/kg of aluminium.
  • Slim 98 mm outer frame.
