A range of fixed rooflights available in various specifications, shapes and sizes. Flushglaze fixed rooflights are designed to provide maximum daylight with minimal visible internal structure.

The Flushglaze rooflight range was the first in the UK to be certificated by the British Board of Agrément with tests being carried out to determine air permeability, water tightness, durability of sealants, resistance to intrusion and cyclic loads. Flushglaze rooflights have also been rated Secured by Design and tested to LPS2081 Issue 1: 2015 so that they are compliant with Approved Document Q: Security in Dwellings. The Flushglaze range also features a Qualicoat approved powder coated finish.

Flushglaze (Double Glazed) Rooflight:

A fixed glazing system comprising of painted aluminium extrusion and double glazed unit. Available in either single or multipart format, the latter consisting of multiple sections of glazing using silicone seal or back to back angles.

Flushglaze Secure and Secure+ (Secured by Design) Rooflight:

A fixed glazing system comprising painted aluminium extrusion and double glazed unit. Available in either single or multipart format, the latter consisting of multiple sections of glazing. Tested and approved to LPS2081 Issue 1:2015.

Flushglaze (Fire Rated) Rooflight:

A fixed glazing system comprising painted aluminium extrusion and double glazed fire rated unit. Available in single part format only. Performance tested to achieve 30 minutes integrity and insulation.

Flushglaze (Ridgeglaze) Rooflights:

A fixed glazing system comprising painted aluminium extrusion and double glazed unit. Designed for installation along the ridge of a roof (Ridgeglaze). Available in single format only.

Flushglaze (Eaves) Rooflights:

A fixed glazing system comprising painted aluminium extrusion and double glazed unit. Designed to be installed within the eaves of a building with a vertical and horizontal pane. Available in single format only.

Flushglaze (Triple Glazed) Rooflight:

A fixed glazing system with improved thermal performance comprising painted aluminium extrusion and triple glazed unit. Available in either single or multipart format, the latter consisting of multiple sections of glazing.

Flushglaze (Walk-On) Rooflight:

A fixed glazing system comprising painted aluminium extrusion and double glazed walk-on unit. Available in either single or multipart format, the latter consisting of multiple sections of glazing.
