Description

Range of aluminium panel rainscreen cladding systems including:

Hook-on, recessed, interlocking and robust interlocking.

Features and benefits:

All systems:

  • Panels manufactured in project-specific sizes to form either a multi panel build up or a full storey floor to floor height arrangement.
  • Independently tested to CWCT standards.
  • A multitude of finishes is available: polyester powder-coated, anodized etc.
  • Design service and support available.
  • Compatible with an extensive range of standard & project-specific architectural fabrications to suit wide-ranging applications.
  • Reaction to fire to EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009, class A2-s1,d0 Anodised aluminium, PPC aluminium, Pre-coated aluminium. To EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009, class A1 Stainless steel, Weathering steel, Copper alloy, Zinc.

LandMark I hook-on rainscreen cladding:

  • Slim panels from 35 to 100 mm thick to maintain a minimum stand-off from the primary structure and keep a neat non-bulky appearance.
  • Panels can be removable to gain access to inner components for inspection or maintenance.
  • Ideally suited to super-flat large panel formats up to 3800 x 1800 mm.

LandMark II discrete recess-fixed rainscreen cladding system:

  • Ideally suited to large panel formats requiring a more economical solution.
  • Can be supplied in full storey height.
  • Secured to a standard support frame (helping hand system)
  • Panels are adaptable enabling project-specific designs.

All hook-on and interlocking systems:

  • Installation can be achieved either by utilizing the manufacturer’s own helping hand secondary support or a proprietary system.
  • Fully adjustable and modifiable to suit any situation or condition.
  • Defined by BS 476 Part 4, aluminium alloys are non-combustible, Part 7 Surface Spread of Flame ‘Class 1’.
  • Defined by BS 476 Part 6, fire propagation ‘Class 0’.
  • Secret fix system.
  • Mounted on a precision carrier track for speed and ease of installation.
  • Can be supplied curved, facetted or straight.
  • Special features such as fins or baguettes are easily incorporated (see example below).
  • Can accommodate localised building movement joints of 20 mm as standard, in addition to handling continuous thermal and settlement movements (but can be more if required).
  • When using a variety of facade finishes to divide up large flat areas, such as ceramic tiles, HPL, brick slips, etc., it may be preferable for the designer to use one standard support system throughout rather than a number of manufacturers’ own systems.

LandMark III interlocking rainscreen cladding:

  • For large panel formats up to 3800 x 590 mm.
  • Slim panels from 25 to 100 mm thick to maintain a minimum stand-off from the primary structure and keep a neat non-bulky appearance.

LandMark IV robust interlocking rainscreen cladding:

  • For large panel formats up to 3800 x 590 mm.
  • Slim panels from 40 to 100 mm thick to maintain a minimum stand-off from the primary structure and keep a neat non-bulky appearance.
