Description
Compact aluminium concertina loft ladder without a hatch. Durable retractable ladder constructed from extruded aluminium alloy. Light duty load rating (150kg per tread), primarily used for the residential/domestic projects. Available with or without spring assist. Suitable for very small ceiling openings, both models require a clear aperture width from just 370 mm inside the hatch.
The Piccolo Premium can be supplied with a damped hinge mechanism for installation on a mezzanine floor or within a vertical wall hatch.
