Fully framed, pre-hung washroom duct and wall panel systems with all face panels factory mounted onto either timber or metal subframe systems.

Duct panelling hides services and also provides convenient access to cisterns for maintenance; this is extremely convenient in areas of high use such as school toilet cubicles, pubic toilet cubicles, commercial toilet cubicles etc.

Full Height Panel Specification Options:

·        (a) Select – High Pressure Laminate PUR bonded onto 18mm MR MDF with 2mm ABS edges

·        (b) Select Plus – High Pressure Laminate PUR bonded onto 18mm MR MDF with postformed vertical edges

·        (c) Select Veneer – Natural Wood Veneer bonded onto 18mm MR MDF with matching hardwood edges

Panels split to suit sanitaryware

Plinth/Shadowgaps/Frame support:

·        High Pressure Laminate bonded onto 36mm MR MDF

·        Panels hung onto subframe using galvanised hook-on clips and nylon push fit clips as required

·        Hinged access panels c/w keyed budget lock available at additional cost

Frame Construction/System Support:

·        Sole Plate – 25mm WBP Plywood (to be packed level)

·        Subframe – 18/36mm MR MDF pre-assembled frame

·        Panels pre-hung onto subframe using metal galvanised slip cleats or Nylon Ke-Ku clips (push fit)

·        Hinged access panels c/w keyed budget lock available at additional cost

Special Notes:

·        Excelsior standard support systems may not be compatible with all sanitary flushing systems, therefore please enquire prior to placing order to ensure adaptations can be incorporated

Measurements for Architects:

The below panel widths are the standard widths for drawings to comply with our suppliers standard sheet sizes. Of course, bespoke panel widths are more than achievable, but the below measurements can help with price effectiveness for the client.

To achieve 850mm overall, the below CAD measurements should be used:

Fundermax - 640mm

Greenlam - 750mm

Pfleiderer - 675mm

Polyrey - 750mm
