Secret fix rainscreen cladding carrier and panel system.
Features and benefits:
- Independently tested and accredited to the specific requirements of CWCT (tested with Hilti-Eurofox).
- A1 or A2 panel fire ratings.
- Available in wide choice of materials, colours and finishes including polyester powder-coated, anodized, Corten and Rimex.
- Supports panel sizes up to 1480 x 3850 mm and thickness of 2 or 3 mm.
- Horizontal joint: 20 mm.
- Fixings: Self drill mechanical fix.
- Install method: 1st and 2nd fix layout.
- Rail centres: 750 mm maximum.
A typical system comprises:
- Hilti aluminium support brackets, attached to outer wall substrate.
- Rear ventilated cavity - provides additional weather performance benefits.
- Aluminium carrier system.
- Hook on secret fix detail.
