An aesthetically-pleasing and effective daylighting solution. Fixed flatglass rooflight with a single pane configuration.
Features and benefits:
- Fully thermally broken aluminium frame prevents cold bridging, reducing the risk of condensation.
- Marine grade powder coating as standard.
- Excellent thermal performance, with total system U-values as low as 0.4 W/m²K achievable.
- Minimal framework: daylight is maximized while the visible framework is minimized.
- Quick and easy to install. Cover cap for concealed fixings.
- Compatible with both flat and pitched roofs, Flatglass rooflights are installed to a builder’s kerb finished by roofing membrane.
- Designed to be installed on all roof pitches and roof types.
- Recommended minimum kerb pitch of 5° to help shed water.
- More daylight = less artificial light = energy savings.
- More daylight leads to enhanced well-being.
