The AUTOPA Swing Gate:

• The AUTOPA Swing Gate is a manually operated gate designed for securing commercial and industrial site entrances where only occasional access control is required.
• Robust and reliable, several safety features are incorporated into the design of the Swing Gate as standard, including a self-latching catch post, short leading edge beam and low bottom edge.
• All these combined reduce the chances of the gate swinging open unexpectedly while also decreasing the risk of injury should it do so.
• The gate can be locked in both the closed and open positions (a second catch post is required) using a padlock (available separately).
• Manufactured from galvanized mild steel, the gate is colour coated red as standard (other colours are available upon request; please state BS/RAL numbers at time of order) and is available ragged or flanged.
• Main body: 120 x 120 mm square tube.
• Main gate arm: 60 x 60 mm square tube.
• Catch post body: 90 x 50 mm tube.
• 3 mm wall thickness.
• 600 mm below ground (ragged gate only).

• The AUTOPA Double Swing Gate is a manually operated gate, ideal for securing entrances to large industrial and commercial sites.
• Gates can be locked in both the open and closed positions (additional catch posts are required) using a padlock (available separately) or can be designed to lock closed to one another if required.
• Robust and reliable, the Double Swing Gate has several safety features incorporated into its design as standard; including, a short leading edge beam, low bottom edge and a self-latching catch post. All these combined reduce the chances of the gate swinging open unexpectedly, while also decreasing the risk of injury should it do so.

Installation:

• Flanged Swing Gates require bolting down to a suitable concrete surface by means of four 16 mm bolts.
• Flanged Catch Posts require bolting down to a suitable concrete surface by means of four 12 mm bolts.
• Ragged Swing Gates require an excavated hole of at least 600 mm³ for casting into concrete.
• Ragged Catch Posts require an excavated hole of at least 400 mm³ for casting into concrete.
