Description

Architect Select® Larch is Russwood’s premium grade of vertical grain European Larch. The boards are quarter sawn for a consistent, vertical or semi vertical grain appearance. Uncoated boards will come in a mix of colours, from light reddish brown through to golden browns.

European Larch is a medium-density timber. As such, it has excellent impact strength and therefore is suitable for highly exposed elevations, or applications where there is the likelihood of physical damage such as knocks or scrapes. Suitable for coating with SiOO:X or translucent Woca oil.

Features and benefits:

  • Durability Class 3 as per BS EN 350-2.
  • Sapwood free on all exposed faces.
  • FSC®-certified product sourced from sustainable forests in Europe.
  • Each board cut to VG/semi-VG to increase stability.
  • FSC®-certified.
