Description
The EazyRail aluminium railing system creates a stylish safety barrier that features the crisp, clean lines popular in modern high-rise urban living. The system can be customised to suit any aesthetic, from industrial chic to a more refined, sleek appearance, and produced in any RAL colour. It can be designed to match the colour of the external door and window frames, and to contrast or complement other elements of the building envelope.

- Strong, durable and resistant to rusting and staining.
- Extruded in 6060 Aluminium, EazyRail is a third the weight of an equivalent steel barrier
- Easy to handle, transport and install on site, and reducing mechanical lift requirements.
- Offered with a 25-year design life.
- The system is semi-modular, supplied in pre-assembled units, mitigating the need for any onsite welding or fabrication. Mitred handrail cappings are added once the railing is installed to complete the look and for maximum comfort and grip.
- The various designs shown below allow for complete customisation to suit the exact barrier span required. All systems are manufactured to order.
- The system is offered with a polyester powder-coating (PPC), available in any RAL colour. The standard ten-year warranty on the coating can be extended if an alternative finish is specified e.g. Interpon, QualiCoat etc.
- Part of BM Architectural’s Class A fire-rated product range.
- Comprises four core systems, suitable for a wide range of applications and fixing positions, and each is fully tested to the performance requirements of BS 6180:

- C1 Double-Fin System
- J1 Juliet Balcony System
- All designs are engineered to provide a barrier height of 1100 mm with no gaps of 100 mm or more, in line with UK regulations for edge protection systems.
