Neaco’s Modular balconies are manufactured in North Yorkshire in a purpose-built 50,000 sqft manufacturing facility, this ensures the highest quality product is produced and that it is engineered to the smallest tolerances. This also reduces the requirement for a call back due to our in-house quality assurance. The balconies are manufactured to Neaco's in-house technical drawings which are approved prior to manufacture to ensure every detail is correct. This also enables all information to provide in relation to bracket placements on-site to prevent issues with installation.
Neaco traditionally works with aluminium but can also provide solutions in stainless steel, both options are lightweight and highly durable for a project’s specification, and with steel prices at an all-time high this lightweight solution is between 350kg - 550kg per balcony (dependent on specification) which can help reduce the quantity of steel required on the main structure and provide a cost-effective solution, whilst also increasing the BREEEM rating. Neaco can provide a complete A1 balcony upon request combining aluminium and stainless steel in order to achieve the highest specification possible. Neaco offers a wide range of modular balconies combing smooth, maintenance-free top rails and stanchions with A1 fire-rated aluminium decking and clear or tinted glass panels which maximise solar penetration.
Neacos modular balconies can be manufactured to project 1500mm and to suit the required length. The balconies can be designed utilising a soffit or closed construction decking. This gives complete design flexibility which can be utilised in accordance with BS8759:2020. Neaco has two in-house powder coating facilities in both nylon and polyester to provide the highest specification and complete flexibility within a specification.
