The external walls of relevant buildings 11 m+ in height or more than five storeys, undergoing unsafe cladding remediation work (Building Safety Act 2022).
The external walls of higher-risk buildings at least 18 m high or with at least seven storeys (Building Safety Act 2022).
The external surfaces of residential purpose group buildings more than 11 m high.
The external surfaces of residential purpose group buildings 11 m high or less where an external wall is within 1m of the relevant boundary.
All other residential and non-residential buildings.

A range of tailor-made Class A1 fire-rated metal single air bricks.

Compliant with regulations for the requirement of non-combustible ducting in the external walls of high-rise buildings and those 11 m and above undergoing unsafe cladding remediation work.
Three air brick styles available offering low resistance and high airflows. For cladding, choose a flanged option to cover cut edges and maintain the aesthetic appearance.
Custom powder coated air brick. Choose from the RAL Classic colour chart in matt, semi-gloss or gloss finish achieving Class A2-s1, d0. RAL Design and signature architectural coatings are also available.
Brick size (rather than duct size) for easy installation and a neat appearance using standard mortar joints.
Discreet drainage holes provide built-in weather protection.
