The AUTOPA Manual Arm barrier has a slimline design and is suitable for use protecting car parks and other entrances to commercial property sites. This barrier is ideal for areas where access only needs to be restricted during certain times of the day.

Features and benefits:

• The barrier can be locked in the raised and lowered positions offering complete peace of mind when the parking area is not in use.
• Manufactured from galvanized mild steel with an aluminium boom, the body of the barrier is powder coated red as standard. Other colours are available on request, RAL codes must be stated at time of order.
• Pogo sticks, folding skirts and double span barriers are available on request.
• Locking the Manual Arm Barrier at the Catch Post is an additional option, please state at the time of order if this is required.
• 1200 mm (approx.) overall height.
• Arm lengths from 3.0 – 7.0m.
• Ragged version 600 mm below ground for barrier and 300 mm below ground for catch post.

Installation:

• Flanged barriers require bolting down onto a suitable concrete surface by means of four M16 bolts.
• Flanged catch posts require bolting down onto a suitable concrete surface by means of four M12 bolts.
• The type of bolt required for bolting down is dependent on ground conditions.
• The barrier must be either ragged into or bolted onto a concrete foundation at least 600 mm³. Allow 50-55 mm of chipping for drainage.
• The catch post must be either ragged into or bolted onto a concrete foundation at least 300 mm³. Allow 50-55 mm of chipping for drainage.
