Description
R05 Range - This panel is designed to fit into a structural membrane of a joint-less plasterboard ceiling system. It is manufactured with a picture frame. The panel has a metal faced door. The panels door leaf is locked in place via a three point locking system as standard other lock options are available upon request. The panel is powder-coated RAL 9010 30% Gloss. Other colours available upon request.
Features and benefits:
- One hour fire rated for integrity up to 1000 x 1000 mm in a ceiling application tested in accordance with BS 476-22:1987.
- 55 minute fire rated for integrity up to 1800 x 1800 mm in a ceiling application tested in accordance with BS 476-22:1987 tested as a double door unit.
- Optional 40 dB acoustic rating variant, tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 140-3:1995.
- Optional airtight variant. Air pressure tested to 75 pa tested using the principles of BS 5368-1:1976 methods of testing.
