Description
The Klimatec 160 Passivhaus loft ladder features a high strength, three or four-part folding loft ladder with hatch door that has high thermal insulation (U-value of 0.34 W/m²K) and an airtight seal. Certified by the Passivhaus Institute for use in passive buildings. 30-minute (EI²30) fire protection from lower trapdoor. Counter-balance spring mechanism provides easy operation.
