Description
A 30 mm deep profiled steel cladding sheet for use on roofs and walls.
Features and benefits:
- Available in 0.5mm & 0.7mm thicknesses and a variety finishes.
- Profile features 30 mm deep crowns.
- Condensation control fleece internal coating available.
- Allows rapid completion of the weatherproof envelope.
- Suitable for site cutting only when using a reciprocating or circular saw.
- Warranty periods vary with exposure, material and colour, consult manufacturer.
- Purlin centres for 0.5mm & 0.7 mm sheet in typical multispan applications (maximum): 1.8 m. Wider centres may be possible in certain circumstances, consult manufacturer.
- Manufactured under a Quality Management System accredited to ISO 9001 and an Environmental Management System accredited to ISO 14001.
Fixings:
- General: Trough fixing recommended. Stainless steel or carbon steel self drilling screws with press on or integral caps and 16mm or 19 mm EPDM washers.
- To steel: Fixing must pass through the steel section, leaving minimum 5 mm exposed thread.
- To timber: Fixing must achieve a minimum 40 mm fixing embedment.
