Euroclad are an international supplier of architectural metal building solutions to the construction industry. 

We manufacture highly engineered building envelope products including roof and wall cladding systems, insulated sandwich panels and architectural flashings and fabrications.

Fire Performance

Europanel F5 Extra and Europanel S5 Extra both offer Euroclass A2-s1, d0 classification for Reaction to Fire when tested in accordance with BS EN 13501-1:2018. 

Europanel F5 Extra and Europanel S5 Extra can also offer a fire resistance performance of either 2 hours or 3 hours Insulation and Integrity (to BS EN 1364-1:2015) depending on thicknesses and orientation. Specific performances should be verified by our technical team on a project-by-project basis, to the correct standards.

Finished with flat or satin line profile, it can also be offered with a distinctive V-Groove profile that can be installed both vertically and horizontally across the building facade.

Features and benefits:

• Available in flat (F5 Extra) or satin line (S5 Extra) profile.
• Length: 1800–12 500 mm.
• Panels <1800 mm long can be supplied subject to an extra charge.
• Lengths subject to verification for fire/ structural performance.
• Width: From 600–1200 mm (UK and Mainland Europe).
• 1000 mm maximum width for export using shipping containers.
• Can be installed horizontally or vertically.
• 0.5 mm or 0.7 mm external steel face, in a range of coatings and colours.
• 0.5 mm or 0.7 mm internal steel face, in a range of coatings and colours.
• 115 kg/m³ density stone wool core.
• CE-marked to EN 14509:2013.
• Secret-fix interlocking 5 mm joint, creating a seamless finish.
