Crown Trade New Build Acrylic Gloss has been specially formulated to combat the accelerated yellowing often associated with new build environments. When applied over Crown Trade New Build Acrylic Primer Undercoat, the system will show no visible yellowing. The system has been developed to benefit from good gloss and flow, not easily obtained in water based gloss paints.

Preparation:

• Crown Trade Protective Coatings T Wash – New bright galvanized surfaces.

• Sandtex Ready Mixed Masonry Filler - New and previously decorated surfaces- new and previously painted surfaces- repairs to damaged surfaces.

Primer - New and unpainted surfaces:

• Crown Trade New Build Acrylic Primer Undercoat - A solvent-borne premium quality wood primer for interior and exterior use over softwood, plywood, chipboard, flake board and MDF.

• Crown Trade Aluminium Wood Primer - A solvent-borne premium quality primer for priming hardwoods, resinous softwoods and timber treated with non-bitumen based preservatives.

• Crown Trade Universal Metal Primer - Formulated specially for use on most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, alloys and suitably pretreated galvanized steelwork.

• Crown Trade PX3 All Purpose Primer – a primer for new and bare PVC-U surfaces.

• Crown Trade PX4 All Purpose Primer – a primer for new and bare PVC-U surfaces.

Undercoat – Prepared, primed and previously painted surfaces.

Crown Trade Protective Coatings High Performance Gloss for Metal protects against rust and offers a durable and long lasting finish for all metalwork, particularly structural steelwork, walkways, railings, gates and shutters. When used as part of Crown Trade Protective Coatings system will provide up to 10 years, or 15 years when Protective Coatings High Build Micaceous Iron Oxide is used, protection.

Primer:

Crown Trade Protective Coatings High Build Rust Inhibiting Metal Primer Undercoat- areas of bare or pre-treated metal.

Undercoat:

Crown Trade Protective Coatings High Build Rust Inhibiting Metal Primer Undercoat - for existing decorated surfaces.

Crown Trade Acrylic Satin Finish is a virtually solvent free alternative to traditional solvent-borne Satin Finish, offering a smooth elegant finish for interior and exterior wood and correctly primed metalwork and PVC-U. Acrylic Satin Finish will show no visible yellowing and has been developed to benefit from good flow, reducing brushmarking.
