E8AS - Plate heat exchanger

The main application for the E8AS is in heating tap water. The E8AS has an optimized asymmetric plate geometry that combines extraordinary thermal efficiency with a low pressure drop.

Like all E-type BPHEs from SWEP, the E8AS has an All-Active plate pack. This means all the heat exchanger's plates are used for heat transfer, which maximizes material utilization.

The first and last plates are reinforced to guarantee mechanical stability and to avoid sharp edges that could injure personnel or damage other objects. The combination of exceptional efficiency and maximized material utilization makes the E8AS the perfect choice for applications demanding high thermal efficiency and low pressure drop, such as combi boilers and tap water stations.

The E8AS is capable of handling a water flow rate up to 50 l/min.

B85 - Plate heat exchanger

The B85 model is a highly efficient heat exchanger with a higher thermal performance than any comparable product.

The B85 is the perfect choice for demanding heat transfer requirements. The large port holes allow it to cope with high capacities.

The small pressing depth reduces the footprint and makes the B85 more compact with a higher performance than previous generations.

The B85T is capable of handling a water flow rate up to 200 l/min.

B120T - Plate heat exchanger

The B120T has been specially developed to operate in demanding heating and industrial applications, typically water to water applications and oil coolers.

The product has contributed to the rapid switch to BPHEs from traditional gasket plate heat exchangers and shellandtube solutions.

B439 - Plate heat exchanger

The efficient B439 is designed as a singlephase heat exchanger for use across a wide range of heating and cooling application. The B439 is also suitable for district cooling systems. For example, in an indirect system where minimal energy losses are required, the B439 can be used as a pressure breaker to decrease the static pressure.

B649 - Plate heat exchanger

The giant, onephase B649 offers PHE like capacities without the wear and tear of parts. Most of the material, 95%, in BPHEs is used to transfer heat compared to other technologies which use a lot of material for support equipment, frames etc.

This high capacity BPHE saves money on spare parts, space, energy consumption, transportation and installation. Available in three different pressure classes including a 25 bar high pressure class.

The B649 is capable of handling a water flow rate up to 200 m3/h.

B427 - Plate heat exchanger

E5AS - Plate heat exchanger

The main application for the E5AS is in boilers. Compared with other heat exchangers, central heating water circuits using the E5AS experience a lower pressure drop. The E5AS is thermally long, which makes it particularly suitable for condensing boiler systems, yet it remains physically short, for compactness.

The environmentally friendly E5AS has an innovative new plate pattern that enable it to transfer more heat using less material.

The E5AS is capable of handling a water flow rate up to 50 l/min.

B35T - Plate heat exchanger

The B35T is a perfect fit for a large number of applications within district heating, heat recovery for industry and HVAC, combined heat & power as well as engine oil cooling.

It’s the natural choice for efficient heat transfer at low pressure drop, in systems with up to 2½” piping and 50 m3/h water flow.

For lower capacities it is available with smaller ports matching 2” connections on primary side only, or on both sides.

The B35T is capable of handling a water flow rate up to 50 m3/h.

B57 - Plate heat exchanger
