OVERVIEW
With roofs in a poor condition the County Council were looking for a phased approach to their refurbishment programme. The school wanted a solution that delivered a robust, long-lasting system that could be quickly and safely installed, from a manufacturer that could provide comprehensive technical support throughout the project.
IKO assisted Monmouthshire County Council with a detailed survey report, including intrusive core sample analysis. The roofs although weathered were in a condition to receive an overlay with a new IKO Goldseal Hybrid system together with new rooflights and a tapered insulation scheme.
