University of Warwick - The Oculus - Lecture Theatre Seating
OVERVIEW
The lecture theatre in the University’s new flagship teaching building is the largest on campus. The uncluttered design of the “Scholar” seating sits beautifully with the stunning complexity of the roof, and Architects Berman Guedes Stretton used a contemporary upholstery colour scheme to exploit this simplicity beautifully. The clean lines also mask some practical features such as integral charging facilities for students, as well as recesses for integral LED lighting.
