The Olympic Museum - AV Projection & Interactive Exhibits Let the Games Begin
OVERVIEW
The Olympic Museum in Lausanne recently reopened after a renovation that effectively resulted in a completely new museum. Metaphor of London prepared the master plan and Mather & Co of Wilmslow did the detailed design. The museum has three exhibition levels. Level 1 is “The Olympic World”, covering such subjects as the origins of the Games, the Olympic Torch and Opening Ceremonies; Level 0 is “The Olympic Games” with exhibits on the Summer Games, the Winter Games , the Paralympics and the Youth Olympics; and Level -1 is “The Olympic Spirit”.
