Rise Homes has developed and proudly opened The Ironworks Project in Sheffield. Built by Clegg Construction, the new ten storey build-to-rent scheme comprises 229 apartments & luxury 2- bed duplex’s.

With resident lifestyle in mind, The Ironworks features extensive indoor and outdoor amenity areas. Rooftop garden, external courtyard, lounge, workstations for remote working, meeting and movie rooms.

Rawson Carpet Solutions have supplied over 11,000 sqm of their Solution dyed nylon range of carpet tiles called ‘Jazz’. In 3 main colours in-keeping with the building scheme and furniture. Taking influence of natural colours, ‘Trism’, ‘Chilli’ and ‘Spanish stripe’ have been used to good effect. The warm colours of chilli nylon carpet tile support the leather finishes to furniture in the breakout spaces. This desert red, natural hew of the carpet tiles promote relaxation and socialisation. work and meeting spaces along with corridors utilise the bright and enthusing blue Spanish stripe, and the remaining spaces receive the natural grey tone of ‘Trism’ coloured nylon carpet tiles.

Installed by Titan Flooring, Jazz Nylon Carpet tiles are manufactured Carbon Neutral, they offer class 33 heavy contract rating and excellent sound reduction properties.
