Sutton Place Farm is a large country house, occupying an elevated position in beautiful landscaped gardens in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house, constructed in the 1920s, still had its original steel windows – however, these were single glazed, neglected and rusting. The new owners were determined to restore Sutton Place to its former glory and sourcing the best replacement steel windows was a major challenge. Windows and doors from Clement’s EB24 range, using clear glass, were specified to replace all the existing steel windows and doors.
