OVERVIEW

The main hall roof of this Roman Catholic girls’ school needed urgent attention and Langley’s comprehensive roof condition survey revealed that water ingress was being caused by wind-driven rain, and also that the roof had minimal insulation. Premier Roofing & Construction, a Langley Approved Contractor, skilfully installed Langley’s Graviflex anti-root layer, and additional insulation to improve the thermal efficiency of the building. They took care to create a robust surface for the football pitch with an additional rubber-based layer which also protects the insulation beneath.
