This wonderful property stands close to National Trust land, and has now been fully fitted with Clement EB24 windows and doors (installed over three phases). Built in the early part of the 20th century, the house boasts extremely fine-face brickwork, which it was essential for Clement to preserve during installation of the new windows and doors. EB24 windows were chosen, favoured for their slender frames and fitted with rectangular leaded lights to provide an exact replica of the original fenestration - but with increased thermal performance. Kirkpatrick handles and peg stays were selected to match the existing fittings.
