This design featuring Longboard in both a solid and woodgrain colour, is the newest boutique hotel in Des Moines, Iowa. Located near Living History Farms, this hotel is embracing Iowa’s agricultural heritage, but with a modern twist. “There’s nothing vanilla about it,” said Kim Whalen, executive vice president of Heart of America Group. “You’re in Iowa.
