Canal Architectural recently designed, manufactured and installed a grand sweeping staircase structure to the iconic, Regents Crescent in London.
The centre of the Crescent features a magnificent double-height entrance lobby with three helical staircases. The grand, sweeping helical staircase design created a real connection between the floors and every spindle was unique in design to create fluidity and movement in the installation. All three staircases were site sprayed and featured an anolok bronze finish for a contemporary look. The overall design aesthetic reflected the elegance and grandeur of the Regency period.
