Pablo Reinoso , artistic director, and Axe Architecture worked on a blend of design, heritage, and architecture to renovate the site into a 4-star hotel to maintain its beauty while providing 21st - century comfort . The hotel's gourmet restaurant is located in the cloister and has beautiful views over the garden . More than 250 Bandalux pleated shades with chain drive in dark shades were installed, to match the furniture and the general aesthetics .
