New shopping arcade in Leeds fitted with Clement EB24 windows

OVERVIEW

Situated on Briggate, the popular pedestrianised shopping street in Leeds city centre, is Central Arcade. The building has undergone a complete refurbishment to house many retail outlets within its 1,000,000 sq ft of space. The refurb included replacing all the windows on both the front and rear elevations of the building. Only steel replacement windows to replicate the originals would suffice as the façade adjoins neighbouring historic buildings within a Conservation Area. Clement EB24 steel windows with multi point locking were chosen, due to their slim sight lines, enhanced security and increased thermal performance.
