OVERVIEW

Located near Ellesmere Port in Cheshire, this store is one of Marks & Spencer’s most sustainable stores. It was opened in Summer 2012 with over 148,000 square feet of selling space across two floors, parking for 950 cars, spaces for 100 bicycles and electric car charging points. The store was designed to be the most carbon efficient premier store with a holistic approach taken towards key sustainability factors such as water, carbon, biodiversity, the community, materials and waste to landfill.
