OVERVIEW

When London Green Developments wanted the latest trend in facade cladding for a new development of town houses in Essex, they didn’t look much further than HardiePlank® cladding to provide a durable and visually impactful finish. Being that ‘The Beach Houses’ were situated at a popular beachfront location, a selection of colourful cladding finishes were chosen to complement the seaside location and the unique style of the development. ‘HardiePlank cladding not only met the aesthetic criteria but as the houses are in close proximity to the sea, it will also provide excellent protection from the harsh elements.’
