The development required remediation work to replace timber decking and handrails which were non-compliant to the latest fire regulations. ALU Installations installed over 1,000sqm of MyDek’s Delta20 system onto the balconies and terraces in the Hirst Court and Hepworth Court buildings. Rated A2 for non-combustibility, this durable aluminium deck board has been designed to provide safety and peace of mind to residents for decades to come.
