GDF Suez Cygnus Bravo
OVERVIEW
Lionweld Kennedy designed, fabricated and supplied modular flat packs of both steel and GRP gratings, handrails, barrier ladders and gates to the 'GDF Suez Cygnus Bravo' gas field, which is owned by Heerema Fabrications.
Using both steel and GRP, Lionweld Kennedy were able to design a system of walkways and handrails around the 250km2 field.
Cygnus Bravo is an unmanned satellite wellhead platform tied-back to Cygnus Alpha’s processing platform. Cygnus Bravo is located approximately 150km off the coast of Lincolnshire, UK.
Both our steel and GRP products can withstand harsh environments, such as oil rigs due to their durability from the high-quality material.
Using both products in conjunction allows for a cost-effective flooring and safety solution for the client.
