Listone Giordano's 'blonde' Cabreuva km 31 flooring made its way into a fresh, new office concept in Toronto. With sixty-five per cent of the building dedicated to communal work spaces, the thousands of employees are encouraged to roam around and work wherever they like. Staff don’t even have designated desks: as such, the building had to use warm woods and natural materials to create a cosy yet stimulating environment.
