On the edge of Lake Geneva is the Hotel de la Paix, an iconic luxury hotel that is part of the Ritz-Carlton group.
Fiskebar, the hotel’s restaurant, is a Nordic-inspired concept that focuses on local ingredients & organic produce. B3 Designers were brought on board to create a space that married contemporary Nordic design with the quality and simplicity of the dining concept.
B3 approached us to craft handmade, with our Jacobin parquet de Versailles panels ultimately being chosen. Complimenting the warm atmosphere with their rich, aged tone achieved by applying an organic restoration oil after fuming.
