BHP Stable are an automotive storage facility in Reigate which caters for every aspect of your vehicle’s needs. BHP can store your classic car, supercar, sports car, motorbike, or racing car keeping it dry and safe until you require it.

Storing such high-performance, luxury motorcars meant it was immensely important that BHP engaged with a qualitative lighting manufacturer to provide the most appropriate lighting solution for their premises.

Ansell Lighting undertook the supply of the lighting to provide the optimum platform upon which to display and store the motorcars.

With the facility having a higher ceiling height, the ideal solution was the Z LED Plus, which is an industry leading, super high-efficiency high bay offering a minimum of a two hundred Lm/W performance.

This robust LED fitting is suitable for industrial, commercial, and retail applications, as well as this specialist storage vehicle facility, where its massive performance has meant the reduction of the overall power consumption to offer appropriate industry acceptable light output comparable to the standard fittings of higher wattage, but with addition of increased energy savings.

With a die-cast powder coated construction and heatsink to provide optimum thermals and performance, Z LED Plus comes with various installation options by means of drop rods, jack chain and catenary wire, in addition to the availability of bracket accessories for ceiling or wall mounting. Z LED Plus also features ingress protection to IP65 and an impact rating to IK08.

Coming in both 4000K and 6500K, and with 1-10V Dimmable as standard, Z LED Plus boasts an array of options that include DALI Digital or OCTO Smart Control. Also available with Emergency, Self-Test Emergency and DALI Emergency options as well as a Microwave Sensor option, making the Z LED range one of the most complete within our product portfolio.

For the emergency lighting, the Eagle 3-In-1 LED Exit Sign, with its modern, slim design, offered the perfect solution.

Eagle 3-in-1 enables a choice of three different mounting options which include suspension, recessed or side arm wall mounting. The fitting comes supplied with a one metre suspension as standard, and with a viewing distance of twenty-five metres combined with a Self-Test option.

The lighting proposal offered and supplied by Ansell Lighting has allowed the client to effectively illuminate their building interior, resulting in a solution which allows the customers collecting their vehicles to visualise all the aspects, and be assured that the vehicle has been kept within an ideal environment, remaining in the same perfect condition as it arrived in.
