Artesian House

Artesian House is an eight-storey building comprises 73 mixed-tenure flats, located in Bermondsey, London that is managed by the Hyde Group, alongside a large number of private leaseholder.

Artesian House features a distinctive curved design, and so frequent design meetings were crucial to the success of the project. To ensure compliance and thermal performance for the project, three ROCKWOOL® products were specified, namely for cavity barrier protection and insulation.

With this in mind, ROCKWOOL Rainscreen Duo Slab, ROCKWOOL SP Firestop Slab and ROCKWOOL SP Firestop Open State Cavity Barrier (OSCB) was installed throughout the building.
