Fabulous Edwardian building with a Grade II listed Portland Stone façade. A full refurbishment including structural reconfiguration to the central core and installation of new HVAC services, creating 3000 sq m of prime office space in the St James’ area of London. Both the client and Architect requested a clean finish with no services at high level to allow the decorative feature plasterwork in the ceiling to be exposed, underfloor air conditioning was subsequently specified by consultant Watkins Payne Partnership for four of the seven floors.
