OVERVIEW

The royal family of Qatar has created what may be Britain’s most valuable privately owned residence — worth at least £200m. Since buying the grade II* listed Dudley House in London’s Park Lane for £37.4m in 2006, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has lavished tens of millions of pounds on the property. TRC carried out the refurbishment of the windows.
