OVERVIEW
Admirals Quay is a business centre in Southampton which created a thriving backdrop for emerging leisure, residential and commercial exchange. This 21,000m² Ocean Village development includes a 26-storey residential tower featuring 300 apartments, the tallest residential building in the area, which will act as a spectacular landmark. The result is three mixed-use towers, unified by commercial units at the base.
Cellecta HiDECK Overlay 18 was specified by HGP Architects in this project as the overlay flooring solution. It’s ideal for flooring applications incorporating an underflooring heating system due to its high thermal conductivity, which provides rapid reaction times, saving on running costs. In addition, its high density makes it perfect for various acoustic applications.
Warings were awarded the contract to construct this prestigious, connected, and invigorated waterfront on the mouth of the river Itchn.
