Oscar Acoustics’ new headquarters in Halling, Kent is now open for business.

The state-of-the-art structure is spread over 16,200 square feet and situated on a former cement works site in Medway Valley, Kent. Comprising two buildings, including six individual two-story business units, it’s primed to accommodate the company’s continued expansion – and uphold its mission of providing class-leading acoustic solutions for all.

With Oscar Acoustics’ commitment to employee wellbeing in mind, architectural firm Urban & Rural had a clear vision for the project: to create a ‘long-lasting’, ’employee-centred’ space that places its staff at the heart of its design. The main office building offers sleek, open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms and lounges, allowing employees to work flexibly in environments suited to their needs.

The second building houses Oscar Acoustics’ innovation facility and additional warehousing space, with ample room to accommodate extra stock as the business grows. Initial excess units will be offered to local businesses on yearly leases, providing opportunities for the local community to thrive, but allowing Oscar Acoustics to meet its bold expansion plans as required.

The new HQ will also act as a showroom of all its products including the full SonaSpray acoustic spray range, Oscar Elite acoustic plaster and its patented Oscar Evo-Blade knife-edge ceiling trim.
