Retrofit in Oxford

Overview

This project in Oxford was a retrofit, where Passive Purple Internal was applied to the outside (warm side of the insulation) of this property. An exterior insulation was fitted before a new render system was applied.

Background

No real difficulty with this install. The substrate was nice and sound. A render prime was put on to act as extra adhesion for our liquid applied membrane. This install took two days. Detail is always key on any project, but a retrofit can be more time consuming as there may be more gaps to fill with our Passive Purple Brush.
