New: Southern Salads reducing noise and light pollution with Jacksons Acoustic Barriers

OVERVIEW

A recent redevelopment of land across the busy A26 from Southern Salads of residential apartment blocks caused a number of complaints on the issue of noise and light pollution. As a proactive and responsible member of the community, the company specified 85m of Jakoustic® Plus acoustic barrier to help minimise the impact of their operations on local residents. The 4.5m high, 85m of Jakoustic® Plus specified for the North Eastern boundaries of the site is supported by base-plated galvanised steel I-beam posts and designed to achieve a 16.4 dB reduction in noise* from the site.
