This two storey premises features a predominantly glass front elevation and while the glazing provided welcome natural light and a view to the exterior, it also resulted in excess glare, making the internal environment unduly uncomfortable. The Window Film Company was engaged to provide a solution, using a specialist external solar control film to alleviate the issue. An external application was required as no internal access was available, with the chosen film reducing glare by up to 77% whilst allowing good levels of natural light to pass through the glass and without blocking the view to the exterior.
