Bailey Non-Loadbearing Stud & TrackBailey’s drywall framing systems are easy to handle, economical, non-combustible, high quality alternate to more traditional framing materials such as wood. Non-load bearing steel framing includes: steel studs and track. Bailey non-load bearing steel studs and tracks are available in 1 5/8", 2 1/2", 3 5/8", and 6" sizes in a variety of lengths. Manufactured to exacting tolerances, contractors appreciate Bailey’s superior stud to track fit. Non-combustible steel studs and tracks have been used in many fire tested wall assemblies to achieve ratings up to 2 hours. Lightweight, cold-formed galvanized steel load-bearing studs are available in a selection of sizes, flanges, gauges and yield strengths to obtain optimal performance. Structural steel stud and track selection is based on the loads they will be required to carry as well as the wall and floor thicknesses specified in the building design.
