The Titan Party Wall System is used for fire separation compartmentation of lightweight constructed Duplex and Townhouses where cost and install time are paramount.
The Titan lightweight Intertenancy wall system does away with the traditional heavy FR plasterboard and frame systems which are prone to weather damage when installed prior to the roof going on. The optional fire rated silicon coating on the Titan means that it can be installed in all environments without the worry of bad weather damaging the inherent fire rating of the product. Modular home builders are able to build this system off site.
Description
Titan Party Wall System, its central fire barrier is 1 layer of 15 mm thick Titan flexible cloth. The perimeter frame is made from 41 mm x 41 mm x 1.6 gauge Ezystrut section. There is no other framework required for drops of up to 6.3 m x infinite length. The Titan barrier is simply stapled together up its vertical joints. Its outer skin is manufactured in plain cloth or with a fire rated silicon waterproof coating.
