Application

Suitable for steel substrates in low corrosive (C1–C2) to highly corrosive environments (C3–C5), as well as offshore applications (CX).

Intergard 251HS. DFT: 75 microns.

Manufacturer guidance

Applied in accordance with the coating manufacturer's written instructions.

Surface material

Steel surfaces should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000, followed by abrasive blast cleaning to achieve Sa2½ in accordance with ISO 8501-1:2007. Refer to International Protective Coatings for full surface preparation requirements prior to commencement of work.

Application temperature

5°C–65°C.
